Debra Lynn Bush age 51 of Glenville, WV; departed this life at 6:00 AM; Monday, October 31, 2016 at her daughters residence in Burnsville, WV; following a battle with cancer.
Born January 8, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio, Debra was the daughter of the late Bill Holleman and Lilly Mae Newsome.
Debra was a homemaker and graduate of Gilmer County High School, class of 1983. Debra was very passionate about in home care and worked in that field for many years.
In her spare time Debra enjoyed spending time with family and friends, caring for her family, spoiling her grandchildren whenever possible, shopping at Thrift Stores for great deals, and working with arts and crafts. Debra will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.
Debra was a Methodist by faith and loved to attend the Stouts Chapel Methodist Church in Burnsville, and share in church fellowship.
On April 10, 1982 Debra was united in marriage to Roger Bush who survives at their Duck Run home.
Surviving are. 2 daughters, Roseanna Lynn Bush and husband Jared Mace and Rachel Lynn Bush and companion George Anthony Williams, both of Burnsville, WV; 2 grandchildren, Adam Mace and Ameliah Grayce Williams also of Burnsville, WV; and 3 sisters, Delores Faulkner and husband Dale of Zenia, Ohio, and Patricia Holleman and Billie Jean Shaver of Roaring River, North Carolina.
Along with her parents Debra was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Michael and Richard Sturgill, and Charles Stepp, and her beloved dog, Scruffy.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc; 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV; 26351 at 1:00 PM; Friday November 4, 2016 with Rev. Martin Wine and Pastor Michael Ludle officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilfong Cemetery on Duck Run Road near Glenville. Family and friends will be received from 6-8 PM; Thursday evening at the mortuary.
