ALura Lou Barnett, 71, of Glenville, West Virginia peacefully departed from her earthly journey on Monday, March 7, 2016. She was born in Glenville, West Virginia on November 23, 1944. She was the beautiful and loving daughter of the late Ms. Caryl L. McPherson. ALura was married to the love of her life, best friend, and soul mate, Earl L. Words can never describe how much she loved them and she would always encourage them to be strong and share, “Be strong and courageous, do no not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9.
Those who knew ALura felt blessed by her humble, caring demeanor, and genuine welcoming smile. ALura was an unselfish copious giver to all, she never asked for anything in return and relentlessly put God and others first.
