Baby Mary Ellamae Strickland became one of God’s little angels at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, November 22, 2017, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and 20 inches in length.
Born to Michael and Kayla Huffman Strickland at the United Hospital Center, Bridgeport, WV.
Mary Ella Mae is survived by her mommy, Kayla, daddy, Michael, and big sister, Emmalynn Strickland who all reside in Buckhannon, WV; maternal grandparents, Billy and Debra Hughes Huffman of Glenville, paternal grandfather, Elvin Strickland and stepmother Monica Hamm of Summersville, and Paternal Grandmother, Rosa Atha Strickland of Deepwater, WV.
Also surviving are a host of other family members and friends.
The family didn’t get much time with her, but Mary Ella Mae will be loved for a lifetime by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV 26351 at 2:00 PM; Sunday November 26, 2017 with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. Burial will follow for this little angel in the Burnsville IOOF Cemetery. Friends will be received from 1-2 PM Sunday afternoon at the mortuary.
