Milton Leroy Willis, 71 of Glenville, WV; departed this earthly life in the early morning hours of Monday, March 3, 2025 at the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston, WV; following an extended illness.
He was born March 3, 1954 in Cox’s Mills, WV; son of Gladys Marie (Reeder) Burton of Cox’s Mills, and the late Milton Leroy Willis.
Milton worked as a lineman in window manufacturing for Simonton Windows and Doors in Ritchie County before his health started to decline. In his spare time, Milton enjoyed playing softball, spending time with family and friends and living the quiet life in and around Gilmer County.
Surviving are 4 siblings, Suzetta Burton (Ron) of Cox’s Mills, Charles Burton of Cox’s Mills, Todd Burton (Debbie) of Cox’s Mills, and Mark Burton (Amber) of Sutton, WV;.
Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
Along with his father, Milton is preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Wine.
Milton’s request for cremation has been honored and his ashes will be scattered on the family farm at a later date.
