William Clifford “Bill” Frymier age 77 of Linn, West Virginia, departed this life at 10:50 PM; Monday, January 30, 2017 at the Genesis Health Care, Glenville Center in Glenville, West Virginia, following an extended illness.
Born December 3, 1939 in Tanner, WV; Bill was the son of the late Paris and Gladys Newlon Frymier.
Bill was a graduate of Tanner High School, class of 1957, he was a retired Superintendent for Pace Pipeline with 40 plus years experience, and President of P & C Oil and Gas in Linn, WV. Along with his interest in Oil and Gas, Bill was a member of the Glenville Old Fellows Lodge, and member of the Rock Grove Baptist Church in Linn.
Bill was a simple man who enjoyed the quiet life, relaxing in his chair. He was very proud of his restored 1930 Ford Model A coupe that he has owned for more than 15 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, spoiling his grandchildren, and socializing at the local restaurant.
On June 7, 1958 Bill was united in marriage to Peggy Radabaugh Frymier, who preceded him in death on July 22, 2006.
Surviving are 2 children, Debbie Hamric and husband Ted of Circleville, OH; and William C. “Cliff” Frymier II, and wife Kim of Glenville, and 5 siblings, Reta Stewart and husband Sherwood of Jane Lew, WV; Merceline Bennett of Tanner, WV; Jack Frymier and wife Rosanne of Tanner, WV; Elaine Perrin of New Concord, OH; and Sue Amos and husband Bill of Belpre, OH.
Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Brooke Finckel (Andy) of Circleville, OH; Blaire Hamric of Sunrise, FL; Clifford Scott Frymier (Vanessa) of Glenville, WV; and Zachary Todd Frymier (Bethany) of Cox’s Mills, WV; and 2 great grandchildren, Lena Grace Frymier of Glenville, WV; and Cambree Ryan Finckel of Circleville, OH.
Along with his wife and parents, Bill was preceded in death by 1 brother, Robert “Bob” Frymier, and 1 sister, Maxine Gumm.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc; 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV; 26351 at 11:00 AM; Friday, February 3, 2017 with Pastor Ben Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Grove Cemetery in Linn, WV. Friends may call from 4-8 PM; Thursday evening at the Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, the family of Bill Frymier request that memorial contributions be made to the Rock Grove Church 102 Sleeths Run, Linn, WV; 26384 in his honor.
