Howard Lawrence King, age 69 of Warren, OH, formerly of WV, departed this life on the morning of April 10, 2019, following a brief battle with cancer.

He was born August 7, 1949 in Calhoun County, WV; son of the late Lawrence B. King and Ernestine Gregory.

Howard retired from Premier Manufacturing in Cleveland, OH with over 30 years of service.

Howard always had a love for his home state and the hills of WV and in his younger days spent his spare time in WV camping, four-wheeler riding with his family and friends.

Surviving is his step-mother, Jean King of Glenville, WV; daughter, Sandra Molnar (Ron) of OH; 2 sons, Howard King Jr. and Michael King both of OH; 2 sisters, Sue Helmick (Joe) of Cleveland, OH and Brenda Parker (Billy) of Linn, WV; and 3 brothers, Rick King (Carla) of Burnsville, WV; Johnny King of Camden, WV and Steve King of Glenville, WV.

Also surviving are several grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.

Howards request for one final ride through WV has been honored and a funeral service will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc; 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV 26351 at 11:00 AM; Saturday, April 20, 2019 with Pastor Kenny Fisher officiating. Burial will follow in the Hiney Cemetery near Linn, WV. Friends will be received from 10:00 – 11:00 AM; Saturday morning at the mortuary in Glenville.
