Ruby E. Wilson, 86 of Elkview, WV; departed this earthly life in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the CAMC Memorial Hospital in Charleston, WV; following a short illness.
Ruby was born October 12, 1935 and was a homemaker who loved caring for her family. She enjoyed Patsy Cline Tribute shows, RVing, and she was a fan of western culture, a passion that her and her husband shared.
On January 26, 1980 Ruby was united in marriage to Harley L. Wilson. They enjoyed nearly 31 years together before his passing on December 3, 2020.
Surviving are 3 children, Becky, Ann, and Rick, 2 Brothers, Jim and Phil, 3 sisters, Patty, Jackie, and Lura.
Also surviving are grandchildren, Derrick, Kristen, Trenton, Raquel, Jessica, Olivia, Wynn, and Rahanon, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
Along with her husband, Ruby is preceded in death by, 2 siblings, Floyd and Alma.
A funeral service will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc., 2 Vanhorn Drive, Glenville, WV; 26351 at 3:00 PM; Saturday, February 12, 2002 with Rev. Ravi Isaiah officiating. Burial will follow in the Stalnaker Cemetery in Glenville. Friends will be received from 2-3 PM; Saturday at the Mortuary in Glenville.
